It can sometimes be difficult to determine if medical malpractice or other negligence-based action caused a traumatic brain injury. Contacting a skilled Massachusetts traumatic brain injury attorney to investigate your case, provide you with legal counsel, and if necessary, defend you in court, will prove helpful.
